2013 04 03 | The unique CONTINUITY OCEAN sold for the benefit of Bal du printemps
The 15th Bal du Printemps, organized by the International foundation for the research in paraplegia was held on March 21st at the “Halle Sécheron” (Geneva), gathered 450 participants for a gala evening under the theme “Under the Ocean”.
The concert of Christophe Maé will stay in memoirs, as well as the testimony of Professor Grégoire Courtine who presented the movie " Rewalk ", on the results of his searches which allowed to restore the mobility of paraplegic rats, and which gets ready to make out a will this therapy on the man.
The Auction led under the spell of Simon Kidston will have allowed to collect in total CHF 122’000.- for the research in paraplegia. Blacksand Genève is happy to have been able to participate in this exceptional event by offering to the auction a unique timepiece specially created for the occasion

2012 12 05 | Exposition of the entire collection in Carouge held on December 5th, 2012
On December 5th 2012, a hundred people have discovered the complete collection in our offices Blacksand Geneva Carouge. To this end, the workshop was transformed into an observation place for watch connoisseurs who have discovered the secrets of the Uniformity watch case.
These have discovered at the same time the first movement entirely home made "Blacksand Geneva 2002" housing in the model Stratographe in the collection Uniformity.
Uniformity Jewellery Watches and the feminine Continuity collection have captivated guests with charm. Just like Omar Danial, our boat driver Blacksand world champion 2012, who knew how to thrill our guests with his stories of racing in the United States.
Chef Philippe Chevrier, present for this occasion, had concocted a cocktail with strong taste sensation. The guests took at the same time the opportunity to enjoy one of the first South African Grand Cru.

2012 09 09 | BLACKSAND Boat won the race on the Hudson River

The 22nd Annual New York Super Boat Grand Prix Powerboat race took place in front of Lady Liberty. Super Boat International (SBI) has orchestrated 22 races on the Hudson River and was especially looking forward to this year’s event Sept. 7th through Sept. 9th. Professional offshore powerboat racers competed Sunday at 1:00 pm to be crowned the winner in one of the longest running powerboat series events. Gary Ballough and Omar Danial handled the BLACKSAND Boat to the pole position, they lead from start to finish.
